Our Story
Born on the
Mersey Banks
Mersey Brew Co. started as a small roastery in a converted warehouse near the docks. We fell in love with the craft of transforming green beans into something extraordinary — and we've never looked back.
Today, our Bold Street café is a Liverpool institution. We source directly from farmers, roast in small batches, and train every barista to bring out the best in every bean.
